CISUC researcher elected president of the APRP
APRP - Portuguese Association of Pattern Recognition
CISUC researcher Bernardete Ribeiro has been elected as president of the APRP - Portuguese Association of Pattern Recognition.
Elected for a two year term, Professor Bernardete Ribeiro has set as her main priorities, "the promotion of progress and knowledge in the area of pattern recognition, stimulating interdisciplinary interactions in various fields of science, technology, research and teaching, as well as the dynamization and support of initiatives that contribute to the development and enhancement to the field of study of pattern recognition and its strengthening and densification at national level".
