Written by CISUC researchers Catarina Silva and Bernardete Ribeiro, the book enables engineers to use computational learning techniques to develop solutions that promote or enhance productivity. It covers a wide range of topics, ranging from connectionist approaches, data-agglomeration techniques, diffuse logic and evolutionary computation methods, among others, always keeping in mind the use of techniques in a fast and efficient way.
