MitoScreening: Development and Validation of Innovative Screening Methods for Mitochondrial Health Modulators
Description
This project aims at developing innovative in vitro laboratorial and computational screening methods to access mitochondrial health. Analysis of multidimensional data profiles generated (high-content analysis of mitochondrial health biomarkers, bioenergetics, mtDNA, gene expression, high content microscopy) will be performed with effective computational data analysis tools.
