A computational model for genetic regulatory networks

Authors

Abstract

In this thesis a new model for Genetic Regulation Networks, with more biochemical details than previous models, is proposed. This new model is based on an artificial genome from which several products, genes, mRNA, miRNA, non-coding RNA, and proteins are extracted and connected in an heterogeneous directed graph. The obtained graphs topology, as well as their dynamics, are studied.
