Authors
Abstract
Enterprises looking for agility and flexibility with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) are facing organizational, behavioral, political, and cultural issues in order to accomplish business expectations. In this paper we discuss how socio-technical aspects of SOA may be a key factor to minimize those issues as well as to enhance the IT governance of large organizations. Based on the organization of field experience and literature review, we outline key elements of socio-technical governance in service oriented environments
