eLearning Futures: an Exploratory Vision

Abstract
This paper describes a short scenario in a vision of the state of eLearning in Europe within five years. Following an approach common in strategic planning, it simulates an imaginary article published by an influential magazine sometime in the future. It reproduces the editorial column of the April 2005 issue of Business Europe, a prestigious European magazine that started its publication in January 2002.
