Short Bio

Ngombo Armando was born in Angola. He received his Master of engineering in ICT from IMT Lille-Douai, France, in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, worked as a telecommunication consultant for Altran-Paris, France, being seconded to Bouygues Telecom operator. At Bouygues, he co-designed more than twenty engineering projects covering the transport core-backbone grid. Since 2013, he is a senior lecturer at the Department of Informatics Engineering of the Escola Superior Politécnica do Uíge (ESPU), Angola. At ESPU, he also heads the project management service in charge of IT, statistics and services good practices. He is currently a PhD candidate and 5G research fellow at the Centre for Informatics and Systems Department of Informatics of the University of Coimbra (CISUC), Portugal.
