Short Bio
Member of Ambient Intelligence Laboratory (AmILab) at Cognitive and Media Systems group (CMS), part of the Center of Informatics and Systems of University of Coimbra (CISUC), since 2004.Adjunct Professor at Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra (IPC), College of Technology and Management of Oliveira do Hospital (ESTGOH), since 2003, lecturing courses on programming and databases.
Ph.D. in Science and Information Technology in 2016, Master in Informatics and Systems in 2007, Postgraduate studies in Science and Information Technology in 2009 and in Informatics and Systems in 2005, and Bachelor in Informatics Engineering in 2003 from the University of Coimbra.
Member of: Portuguese Engineering Association (Ordem dos Engenheiros); Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE); Member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM); and Registered researcher at the Foundation for Science and Technology (Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia).
